Childrens Special Occasion Delivery

 We specify making and delivery times for each item but if you require an item by a specific date, please let us know and we will always try our best to meet your deadline 

Shipping Costs

 All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service, which should arrive within 2-3 days.  If you require a Next Day service, please contact us. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Service, delivery times vary according to the destination country.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any non bespoke item if for any reason you change your mind or require another size. Just send your purchase back to us within 14 days using the Royal Mail Freepost label enclosed with your order (UK only). If, for any reason you do not have a label, please call us on 01825 831883 or email us at info@suehillchildrenswear.com and we will send one to you. 

 If posting back from overseas, please label your package 'Returned unwanted GB merchandise’ to avoid import duties RETURNS ADDRESS: Sue Hill, 1 Fir Cottage, Leeds Lane, Five Ashes, TN20 6JY, United Kingdom

  • We reserve the right to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us if you cannot return the purchase to us within 14 days,  we will always try and work out a solution to help. 

Bespoke Service

As we design and make all our own childrens special occasion patterns, we can offer a bespoke, made to measure service from baby clothes design up to 12yrs. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website or require a custom made fit for your child, please call or email us.  

Opening Hours

 Our office opening hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm.

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal. All payments are encrypted and securely processed.
